What are your pillowcases suitable for?
Our pillowcase is 60x70 cm.
To maintain the quality and shine of silk, it is recommended to follow these steps:
- Hand wash : Use cold or lukewarm water (max. 30°C).
- Mild detergent : Choose a pH-neutral and enzyme-free detergent that is gentle on silk.
- No twisting : Rinse gently without twisting the silk as this can damage the fibers.
- Drying : Let the silk air dry flat on a clean towel and avoid direct sunlight or heat sources.
When machine washing, you should use a gentle program designed for silk, but hand washing is always the safest choice.

What are your delivery times?
How do I return an item?
There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased on our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive your order. You are responsible for any return costs, and the choice of carrier is yours.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after purchase, and from the cancellation, the order must be received by us no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your use of the right of cancellation.
The notification must be given by email at Info@scandicplus.dk, where you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
It is up to ScandicPlus to assess the condition of the item. If the item has been tested beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the item, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a smaller part or none of the purchase amount back.
Yes, all of our silk products are OEKO-TEX® certified, which means they are free of harmful chemicals and safe to use for allergy sufferers.
When will I receive my refund?
We will process your refund once we have received the return package. The amount will typically be in your account within 2-8 banking days.
When will the payment be withdrawn?
We will only deduct payment when your order is shipped. However, for pre-orders, payment is due one week before shipment.
